I made a batch of my favorite raw, nut-based ‘Vanilla Cream’ and topped it with fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

Ooo-wee, scrumptious!

I often make ‘Vanilla Cream’ combinations for dessert, but this time it was the perfect late night snack. I’ve even enjoyed it for breakfast.

It’s great for any occasion. I can’t wait to share my updated ‘Vanilla Cream’ recipe with you!

For dinner tonight: raw soft shell tacos. “Nom.”

Well, no, not “that” bread.

Raw bread! [squint]

This Wednesday I found myself in the kitchen making something new, instead of finishing up with compiling the recipes that I already created.

As I mentioned in an earlier tweet, I was broadsided by inspiration.

And so, this is what came of it. Yumminess.

My husband can attest to how good this new bread tastes as he gobbled up a fourth of it shortly after I removed it from the dehydrator.

I love when inspiration leads to a new instant hit!

As with several other recipes, this new bread will soon be shared. Really! [wink]

In the meantime, check out my Carrocumber Bread for a flavorful and versatile option in making all sorts of sandwiches and wraps.

Yep… All raw!

It’s getting cooler outside.
Can you say comfort food? [smiley wink]

Fresh organic corn is abundant again, so you know what the means!

Tacos!! *cue spicy salsa confetti*

This pic is actually of my husband’s plate as mine only resembled a mountain of romaine. I thought his tacos turned out much prettier since you can at least make out most of the ingredients. We like to pack them full. Have you noticed?! [squint] A nice helping of seasoned mushrooms was hidden underneath his pile of rainbow treats. So, there you see a raw corn taco shell, romaine lettuce, avocado, fresh tomato, salsa, and raw sour cream. It took a bit of practice to roll up the tacos without losing a bunch of filling. Fresh onion is also usually included, but I totally forgot about it this time. Oops! [laugh] Whatever, they were still YUMMY. We’ll probably also make a batch or two of spicy corn tortillas sometime soon.

Have you tried raw corn on the cob? Ohh it’s so good! I love to eat it plain, but I do like to jazz it up too.

Here’s one dressed with raw olive oil, a sprinkling of fresh cracked black pepper and a tiny touch of Celtic sea salt.

Nom.

Stock up on fresh organic corn if you can while supplies last!

Yep…

…PIZZA! [googly-eyed smile]

A simple buckwheat crust topped with fresh basil, a savory nut cheese, thyme-infused peppers, marinated onions, Pickled Buttons, and fresh tomatoes. “Mmm-MM!” Finger-lickin’ good! We even indulged in a few slices sprinkled with hot pepper flakes. Gotta have a little hot stuff. [smiley wink]

Here’s one we had a while back…

…same buckwheat crust topped with an avocado spread, yellow bell pepper, grape tomatoes, and Pickled Buttons.

Can you tell how much we love Pickled Buttons?? [giggle]
