My husband and I chowed down mega-raw style with our sweet friend
Eve…

…she invited us over for an amaaazing dinner.

The night was filled with lots of warmth and soulful conversation. Ah, I wish you could have been there to experience all the happy energy. I went home with the deepest sense of peace I believe I’ve ever felt. It was a truly beautiful time.

And, “Oooo wee!” Did I forget to mention the yummilicious eats?! [kool-aid smile]

Here’s a close up of my plate…

…cheezy collards, jicama salad, field greens salad with a lemon juice dressing, marinated bok choy, clover sprouts, fermented cabbage and carrots, Mediterranean and super spicy olives, mock tuna with raw crackers and raw bread, cucumber slices and grape tomatoes. On the side we each had a shot of multi-green kombucha and a glass of Nikken PiMag water.
